Our Return Policy

Customers may return any unused, unworn item, with tags attached.  Items purchased online can be returned in store or by mail to the return address listed below.  Items must be returned within 14 days of the original delivery date.  Returns must include the original invoice and the customer will receive an online credit.

 

 

ALL clearance items are Final Sale and are not returnable for any reason.

 

 

Exchanges are not accepted at this time-Customer will receive an online credit and may place another order for a new item. 

 

 

NO CASH, CREDIT, OR DEBIT CARD REFUNDS WILL BE ISSUED-ONLINE CREDIT ONLY.

To return items, please ensure your return is within the policy period and meets ALL return requirements.

 

 

1.  The customer must submit an Online Return Request.

 

 

2.  After the Online Return Request is successfully submitted, please package and ship the items to the return address below.

3.  Expect the return process to take 5-7 business days after it has been delivered to our facility.  We recommend shipping with insurance and keeping your shipping receipts until your return is processed.  Shabby Shak Boutique is not responsible for packages lost or damaged in transit.

 

 

4.  After the return is accepted, the customer will receive notifications updating the status of the return.  Once the return has been fully processed, the customer will receive a "gift card" sent via email with a gift code for the return amount included.

 

 

ALL DAMAGED ITEM CLAIMS MUST INCLUDE A PHOTO OF THE DAMAGE OR THE REQUEST WILL NOT BE APPROVED

 

 

We inspect all returned items and reserve the right to deny a return based on the condition.  Customers are responsible for all shipping and handling fees for the items returned to Shabby Shak Boutique.  We do not refund shipping fees, unless it is an error on our behalf.
